1 | Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on www.we-b-babies.com (the "Site"), operated by We-B-Babies LLC ("we", "us", "our", or "We-B-Babies"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and refrain from ordering any products. We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2 | Product Nature: Empty Novelty Packaging Disclaimer

 

CRITICAL NOTICE: ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ENTIRELY EMPTY.

 

2.1 Empty Containers: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific product listing, all gift boxes, pouches, bags, and cartons sold on this Site are 100% EMPTY novelty packaging containers intended solely to wrap or hold real gifts provided by the purchaser.

 

2.2 Packaging Graphics & Artwork: High-definition graphics, fake product images, fictional descriptions, outrageous features, and bogus instructions printed on the exterior of boxes or pouches are completely fictitious and created strictly for humor and gift-giving pranks. Under no circumstances does purchase include any real gadget, appliance, accessory, liquid, food, or item depicted on the packaging.

 

2.3 Customer Assembly: Boxes ship flat to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for folding, assembling, and placing their own gift inside the container.

3 | Age Eligibility & Adult Double Entendre Content

 

3.1 Age Requirement (18+): You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase products from We-B-Babies. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

 

3.2 Mature Humor & Double Entendres: Certain novelty pouches, gift sacks, and boxes offered on our Site feature adult-themed humor, suggestive language, innuendos, and double entendres. These items are designed for mature audiences with an appreciation for satire and adult humor.

 

3.3 Discretion & Recipient Suitability: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the recipient of any novelty pouch or box is an appropriate audience for adult humor. We-B-Babies LLC assumes no liability for offense, emotional distress, embarrassment, or awkwardness caused by purchasing or gifting products containing double entendres or mature themes.

 

4 | Prank Use & Entertainment Purpose Disclaimer

 

4.1 Pure Novelty Purpose: All items sold on www.we-b-babies.com are manufactured and sold strictly as novelty items for personal entertainment and amusement purposes only.

 

4.2 Misuse Disclaimer: Our packaging products must not be used to defraud, impersonate official brands, make fraudulent misrepresentations, or conduct illegal activities. The customer assumes full responsibility for how the gag packaging is presented to third parties.

 

5 | Orders, Pricing, and Payment Terms

 

5.1 Pricing Accuracy: All prices listed on the Site are in USD (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or omissions at any time prior to order fulfillment.

 

5.2 Payment Acceptance: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement via authorized payment gateways (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay). Orders are not processed until full payment authorization is received.

 

5.3 Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, inventory shortages, or violation of these Terms.

 

6 | Shipping, Delivery, and Discretionary Packaging

 

6.1 Discrete Outer Shipping: To preserve the surprise of your prank and maintain privacy (especially regarding adult double entendre pouches), all orders are shipped in plain, discrete outer mailers or boxes. The gag artwork is only visible once the outer postal package is opened by the buyer.

 

6.2 Transit Times & Tracking: Estimated delivery dates are non-binding estimates. We-B-Babies LLC is not liable for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or incorrect addresses supplied during checkout.

 

6.3 Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

 

7 | Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

 

7.1 Return Window: We accept returns of unused, undamaged novelty boxes and pouches in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

 

7.2 "No Contents Included" Misunderstandings: Because these Terms and all product listings explicitly state products are empty boxes/pouches, claims submitted for "Missing items depicted on box artwork" do NOT qualify as damaged/defective product claims. Return shipping costs in such cases are the buyer's responsibility.

 

7.3 Damaged Goods: If your paper box or fabric pouch arrives physically crushed, torn, or defective, contact support@we-b-babies.com within 7 days of arrival with photos for a free replacement or full refund.

 

8 | Intellectual Property

 

8.1 Original Designs: All artwork, gag concepts, product descriptions, pouch graphics, logos, images, and text appearing on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of We-B-Babies LLC and are protected by trademark, copyright, and trade dress laws.

 

8.2 License Restriction: You are granted a limited license to purchase and use our novelty boxes for personal packaging. Reproduction, commercial resale, or replication of our gag box graphics and double-entendre concepts is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.

 

9 | Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We-B-Babies LLC, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with:

 

The use or inability to use our novelty boxes or pouches;

Reactions, offense, or interpersonal disputes caused by prank gifts or adult double entendres;

Damage to personal gifts inserted inside our packaging;

Misunderstandings regarding the empty nature of the boxes.

 

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to We-B-Babies for the specific product in dispute.

 

10 | Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in State of California, USA.
